The Anti-racism, Intersectionality, Diversity and Equity (AIDE) Committee within the Department of Environmental Medicine and Climate Science was founded in 2020 to develop policies and programs that reflect the department’s commitment to addressing institutionalized racism and supporting our Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) colleagues and patients.
