Service Costs

The cost of a three-session evaluation (consisting of interviews and questionnaires) for an adult or a child is $800. This fee includes a one-hour feedback and treatment planning session, as well as a formal written report. Formal testing is billed at the rate of $300/hour. Individual treatment is $250 for a 50-minute session.  The total cost for the 15-week group behavioral therapy program for adults is $1,350. We regret we are unable to accept insurance directly nor do we participate in any managed care plans. We provide necessary documentation so that patients may obtain reimbursement from their own insurance carriers if they have out-of-network or point-of-service coverage. Services are billed under the following CPT Codes:
