Mood and Anxiety Disorders Program
The Mood and Anxiety Disorders Program (MAP) at Mount Sinai is committed to studying conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder, and developing new and more effective treatments. In addition to our ongoing research studies, we are also a referral center for patients with the most serious and debilitating forms of depression. Through this fusion of research insights and clinical skill, MAP is dedicated to advancing the science of treating mood and anxiety disorders and to helping patients struggling with these conditions to enjoy the best possible quality of life.
