The report is based upon a survey commissioned by Univeristy of California, San Francisco Chancellor and performed by an opinion research firm. They conclude that the climate and the reality in which women and men believe they work at UCSF are often worlds apart.
The survey and report could form the basis of efforts to improve faculty life at Mount Sinai.
