Two students in Mount Sinai's Master of Science in Genetic Counseling program, Luca Fierro and Emily Quinn, are collecting survey data on attitudes towards whole genome sequencing for their thesis research projects. Luca's study explores whether or not certain types of genetic information should be reported to patients. Emily's study explores how whole genome sequencing categories should be binned, and what factors influence the amount of information people want from whole genome sequencing. Click on their names below for links to their surveys. All responses are anonymous.
