Primary Immunodeficiency

The Division of Clinical Immunology has strong experience in immunodeficiency disorders with a large referral population from the Northeast and across the country. It consists of both adult and pediatric patients to our primary immunodeficiency program and is supervised by Charlotte Cunningham-Rundles, MD, PhD. Patients with previously diagnosed or still undiagnosed immunodeficiency diseases are evaluated using standard and research-based testing, and appropriate treatment is arranged. For patients with B cell defects, intravenous immunoglobulin treatment is administered at the Mount Sinai Therapeutic Infusion Center, providing fellows experience in this, and other advanced biologic therapies for both adults and children.
