Aortic Aneurysm Research Program

The cardiothoracic surgery research component of the animal facility includes 2 fully equipped operating suites approximately 1200 square feet. All studies will be performed in the animal operating rooms. A 400 square foot laboratory is available for biochemical analysis and preparation of vascular casts. The animal facility comprises 25,000 square feet of automated animal housing units.
