Faculty Disclosure

Physicians and scientists on the faculty of Icahn School of Medicine (MSSM) often interact with pharmaceutical, device and biotechnology companies (“industry”) to improve patient care, develop new therapies and achieve scientific breakthroughs. In order to promote an ethical and transparent environment for conducting research, providing clinical care and teaching, Mount Sinai requires that faculty report their relationships with industry.

Industry relationships reported by faculty are posted on our website. To learn about your physician’s industry relationships, go to the “Find A Person” link on our website and type in your physician’s name. Click on their name and simply scroll through their profile page to the Industry Relationships section; there you will see the companies your physician collaborates with. If you have any questions, we encourage you to discuss them with your physician.
