Biography
Dr. Ahron Friedberg is a psychoanalytically-trained psychiatrist in private practice with over 15 years experience. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor at MSMC. He has also served as the National President of the American Society of Psychoanalytic Physicians and held leadership positions in other professional organizations. Currently, Dr. Friedberg is the Managing Editor of Internationalpsychoanalysis.net and on the Editorial Board of International Psychoanalytic Books. Dr. Friedberg is co-author of Between Us: A Father and Son Speak, Love's Way, and other publications.
Industry Relationships
Physicians and scientists on the faculty of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai often interact with pharmaceutical, device and biotechnology companies to improve patient care, develop new therapies and achieve scientific breakthroughs. In order to promote an ethical and transparent environment for conducting research, providing clinical care and teaching, Mount Sinai requires that salaried faculty inform the School of their relationships with such companies.
