Our MD/PhD Program provides the training you need to succeed as a physician scientist. Our program is self-directed, allowing you to choose your own multidisciplinary training area, curriculum, and thesis research. Training begins with a laboratory rotation of your choice during the summer before your first year of medical school.
Our integrated MD/PhD curriculum builds on the medical school curriculum using a series of lectures, tutorials, and graduate-level journal clubs. This is designed to help you develop your analytical thinking skills and introduce you to current disease-oriented research issues.
