    Dr. Rabin is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine. She is actively involved in health services research, focusing on issues of access to health care. Dr. Rabin also co-supervises the department's resident research program.

Dr. Rabin's research interests include the interactions of patients with the health care system, and how system design affects behavior. She is also interested in the dynamics of Emergency Department nursing workloads.

Industry Relationships

Physicians and scientists on the faculty of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai often interact with pharmaceutical, device and biotechnology companies to improve patient care, develop new therapies and achieve scientific breakthroughs.
