Chen He, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine.  Dr. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Psychology and Biological Sciences and obtained her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center, where she was selected as a Chief Resident in her final year.

Dr. He is the Program Director of the Emergency Medicine residency and was formerly an Associate Program Director and Co-Director of the Emergency Medicine clerkship at the Mount Sinai St. Luke's/Mount Sinai Roosevelt sites. She has a particular interest in medical education. Dr. He was formerly a Teach for America corps member, teaching middle school science and mathematics in the Bronx. During that time, she obtained her Master of Science in Teaching degree from Fordham University.
