Annual Neuroscience Retreat

The Friedman Brain Institute hosts a retreat every spring. Neuroscience is multidisciplinary by nature and, reflecting this, the scientists and physicians that contribute to the neurosciences at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai hail from a variety of departments and institutes across our several campuses. The Retreat provides an opportunity for everyone in the Neuroscience community at the Icahn School—faculty, fellows, students, staff researchers, and clinicians—to meet and discuss their work in order to increase awareness of ongoing experimental approaches and clinical efforts, to foster new interactions, and to generate novel ideas.
