Instead of relying on fax, emails, or phone calls, our partner labs can now submit requisitions directly through a secure, user-friendly online platform. Each request is captured in a standardized format, ensuring our team receives complete information from the start, allowing us to prepare and package materials more efficiently.

What distinguishes this new portal from our old process is its real-time tracking capabilities. Reference labs can monitor the progress of every order, from request submission to preparation and shipment, giving full visibility into turnaround times and ensuring a closed-loop communication pathway. Automated updates keep your team informed, while transparent status indicators help you keep track of your order requests. By simplifying requisitions, improving accuracy, and offering end-to-end tracking, the use of our new portal delivers a more reliable, predictable, and streamlined experience for all our partner laboratories.

Please note: Our e-fax slide requisition will be discontinued effective Sunday, March 1. Please let us know the names and email address for your team’s access to our portal and we will send an invite through the portal.
