Autism Clinical Research Fellowship

Trainees with a passion for pediatric health are encouraged to apply to our competitive Autism Clinical Research Fellowship at the Seaver Autism Center for Research and Treatment at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Our goal in this fellowship is to see you master gold-standard evaluation and assessment of autism spectrum disorders and achieve proficiency in clinical trial design and psychopharmacology in the field. The fellowship is part of a multidisciplinary, National Institutes of Health-funded research center with programs in genetics, neuroimaging, neuropsychopharmacology, and psychosocial treatments for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.

Fellowship applicants must have completed a residency in child or adult psychiatry, child neurology, or developmental pediatrics, be licensed and board eligible. As a fellow at Icahn Mount Sinai, you will be surrounded by a community of like-minded individuals, all driven by the same unwavering passion for advancing our understanding of autism. Fellowship trainees also enjoy access to the latest resources, state-of-the-art facilities, and an extensive network of renowned experts, including associated researchers in neuroimaging and neurobehavioral genetics, who will support and elevate your research endeavors.
