Computing Services at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS) addresses the technology needs of faculty, staff, and students.
Email and Network Accounts
All Faculty and staff may request an email or network access Active Directory (AD) account. All requests for email and network access must be submitted through the self-service portal SailPoint. Your administrative manager will need to log in to request access for a network email account.

ISMMS Account Registration for Mobile Devices
Android and iOS phones and tablets may be configured to receive Icahn School of Medicine email. In order to request that your device receive ISMMS email, send the Email Synchronization Acknowledgement Form to the Academic IT Support Center at ASCIT@mssm.edu.
Once you have received notification that your account has been activated, you must download and install Company Portal to access your email. View Intune Company Portal Instructions.
