Partnerships for Excellence

At the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS), we believe that innovation and diverse learning experiences are imperative to our success and the success of our students. By exposing you to a rich variety of training opportunities and perspectives, prepare you to meet the complex challenges of health care delivery, biomedical research, and advocacy. We have forged key academic partnerships to create an atmosphere of learning that attracts the widest possible diversity and talent to the field of medicine.

Our collaboration with McKinsey and Company gives select ISMMS medical students the opportunity to develop the teamwork, skills, and credentials in business, finance, operations, and leadership that tomorrow’s health care leaders must have.

Students accepted into the MD program through a McKinsey & Company Partnership pathway will receive a first-class medical education combined with a comprehensive apprenticeship in the business of health care.
