Housing

Our Real Estate Division provides housing for Residents and Fellows (in qualifying programs) at Mount Sinai Hospital; Mount Sinai Morningside and West; and Mount Sinai Beth Israel. We are committed to providing housing that suits your professional and educational needs.

Resident Housing

Housing options for the Mount Sinai Hospital residents are within the on campus and block leased inventory. Housing offers are based on a two-category system including incoming families and incoming couples/incoming singles. Each application will receive a randomly assigned lottery number. In an effort to accommodate housing preferences, each applicant must indicate their top ten housing choices. It is not guaranteed that you will receive one of your top ten housing choices. Although, it is guaranteed that you will receive a housing offer within the on campus and block leased inventory.  If you receive an offer of a MSH block leased apartment, your monthly rent may be considerably higher than the rent for a MSH or MSW owned apartment.
