Application Information

Please submit all application materials using the online PhORCAS (Pharmacy Online Residency Central Application Service) program through ASHP. Requirements include:

  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Letter of Intent
  • Official academic transcripts
  • Three letters of recommendation

What Else Should I Know?

Interviews are mandatory. The applicant must be a graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy. Eligibility for licensure in New York is required. While the NAPLEX and MPJE exams can be taken anytime after graduation, the New York State Written and Practical (Compounding) exam is offered in June and January only.  Alternatively, Part III examination can be given on-site at the discretion of the Pharmacy Residency Director.  The applicant must plan to pass all three exams by September of the residency year.
