Accreditation

The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is accredited by the Association for Assessment and Accreditation of Laboratory Care (AAALAC) International.  We have been accredited with the AAALAC since 1967. The Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee and Administrative support team are committed to overseeing and evaluating all aspects of the program for animal care, use, and welfare.
