Distinguished Scholars Award Program
Since 2020, the Distinguished Scholars Award Program invites assistant professors with independent research programs to apply for internal funding that can help them maintain momentum as they integrate family caretaking responsibilities into their careers. Applications are closed for 2026. We solicit applications in January of each year.

Robin Chemers Neustein Mid-Career Faculty Award
Robin Chemers Neustein Mid-Career Faculty Award is designed for associate professors who have held this rank for at least two years. This very selective program provides mentorship, sponsorship, concrete tools, and support to help associate professors become full professors. In addition to six months of programming, the award offers funds for professional development and coaching. The call for applications typically occurs in the summer/fall of each year.

Learning as Leaders Program
The Learning as Leaders program is open to faculty members who are full-time professors. Since 2024, this highly competitive program provides an opportunity to cultivate practical management and organizational skills while exploring novel leadership models and principles needed to thrive in academic medicine today. The six-month program offers skill-building workshops, personal reflection exercises for deeper skill cultivation, and opportunities to network with senior leaders and build community. The call for applications typically occurs in the summer/fall of each year.
