The primary clinical site for the program is Mount Sinai Services New York City Health + Hospitals - Elmhurst Hospital, which serves a community of over a million people from one of the country's most culturally and ethnically diverse areas. There are people of over 170 cultures living in the Elmhurst area. NYC H+H is the public hospital system in New York City and includes 11 hospitals located in all 5 boroughs. (all rotations are located at Elmhurst Hospital with the exception of the school-based mental health program)

- Children’s Psychiatric Inpatient Unit (ages 5 to 12 years)

- Child and Adolescent Partial Hospital Program (ages 9 to 16.5 years)

Year II
- Child and Adolescent Rapid Evaluation Service (CARES)
- Child and Adolescent Outpatient Program
- Developmental Evaluation Program
- Pediatric Neurology
- School Based Mental Health Program at I.S. 145 located at about a 15 minute walk from Elmhurst Hospital
- The goals of these rotations are for fellows to gain supervised experience and skills in the assessment and treatment at multiple points on the continuum of care for children and adolescents from diverse socio-cultural and economic backgrounds who present with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, developmental and medical problems and environmental stressors.
