Here is some information that you may find useful as you consider applying to our program.
Eligibility: Candidates must possess a PharmD degree from a school of pharmacy approved by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE); have completed an ASHP‐accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy, Community Pharmacy, or Managed Care Pharmacy residency; and be eligible for licensure in New York State.
Please note that licensure in New York State no longer requires completion of the Part III (compounding examination).
Program Duration: 12 months (7/5/2022 – 7/4/2023)

PhORCAS: Submit your application materials electronically via PhORCAS. Materials include a letter of intent, curriculum vitae, transcripts, three references, a professional writing sample and a presentation on any clinical or administrative topic (to be submitted as supplemental material in PhORCAS).
