My name is Yvonne Chan and I am the director/founder of the center. At the Center for Digital Health, we are committed to working collaboratively with academic and industry partners to design and create digital tools that empower and engage users to impact health outcomes on the individual level.
Our platforms collect unprecedented high-dimensional, real world data on populations and individuals, helping us gain new insights and intelligence which can substantially improve the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease.
Our initiatives help develop the next generation of healthcare leaders by transforming research and healthcare delivery into a data-driven, evidence-based, patient-tailored discipline. At the Center for Digital Health, we navigate the complex healthcare system to make healthcare more accessible to the greater community through research which empowers clinicians to treat and prevent disease in diverse communities.
