Application Requirements

To be eligible for admission, international applicants must meet the following criteria:

General Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
  • Submission of the following:
    • Completed Application: Available through our online application portal.
    • Current CV or Resume: Highlighting your professional and academic achievements.
    • Transcripts: Official transcripts from all institutions where a degree was earned. Transcripts from institutions outside the U.S. or Canada must be evaluated and translated by World Education Services (WES) or another NACES-approved provider.
    • Personal Statement: A maximum 500-word essay explaining your motivation for pursuing this degree and your career aspirations in health care management.
    • One Letter of Recommendation: From a professional who can assess your ability to succeed in graduate studies.
    • Optional: GRE or GMAT scores may be submitted to strengthen your application but are not required.

English Language Proficiency

If you are from a non-English-speaking country and did not complete your degree at an English-speaking institution, you must submit one of the following:

  • TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 100.
  • IELTS: Minimum score of 7.5.
  • C1 Advanced Exam (CAE): Equivalent proficiency.
  • Pearson Test of English (PTE): Equivalent proficiency.

Visa and Immigration Information

International students are required to hold an F-1 visa for study in the United States. F-1 visa holders must:

  • Enroll in a full-time course load of a minimum of nine credits per term (except the final term).
  • Complete 44-45 credits to fulfill the Master of Health Administration program requirements.

Deadlines

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Early submission is encouraged to ensure timely processing. The following are deadlines for international applicants, to allow additional time for visa applications and approvals.

  • Fall Trimester Start (September): Deadline – June 1
  • Spring Trimester 1 Start (January): Deadline – November 1
  • Spring Trimester 2 Start (April): Deadline – February 1
