Welcome to the Friends of ODysseus (FOD) Woman-2-Woman Series at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS). The Woman-2-Woman Series is a monthly discussion group connecting physicians of color with ISMMS Residents and Medical Students who are underrepresented in the field of medicine. The discussions occur in a relaxed and open environment to converse about life, the work environment, and career paths. The series features an ISMMS physician of color as a special guest.
