The Office of Gender Equity in Science and Medicine was established in 2019 and has since remained committed to ensuring a supportive, collegial environment free from harassment for faculty, students, and trainees, regardless of gender, gender expression, or gender identity. The Gender Equity team works hard to develop programming to promote equity for Mount Sinai Health System professionals in science and medicine regardless of gender.
