The Center for Advanced Medical Simulation is proud of its diverse and interprofessional course offerings. Our center serves all of the Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS), not limited to clinical specialties. To inquire about simulation or to reserve a date(s) for a course please contact our Simulation Operation Manager via email. In your initial request, please include our simulation request form if applicable and any questions you may have.
Operating Hours
Our normal operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. These hours may be extended or modified to accommodate various programs. The Training Arcade (8G-40) has resumed normal operations (including 24/7 access via a card reader).
Special Scheduling Requests
Need to Schedule an In-Situ or Off-hours Session? Please contact our Simulation Operations Manager via email CAMS leadership will review all requests and accommodate requests dependent on the availability of our simulation center faculty and staff. In your initial request, please include our simulation request form and any questions you may have.
If your sim session exceeds our maximum capacity, you can contact MSW Conference Room Reservations via email or by phone 646-876-9923 to reserve a larger room for your simulation activity. CAMS staff will work with you to provide manikins and task trainers for these larger spaces.

To request a tour of our Center, please contact us via email. Tours are available during business hours Monday – Friday. In your initial email please include a few dates and times, your department, the best way to contact you, and any areas of interest that you’d like us to go over.
Canceling or Rescheduling a Session
To cancel or reschedule a session please contact our Simulation Operations Manager via email. If the session is occurring the same day, please call us directly at (212) 523-8985.

CAMS works closely with Mount Sinai West’s (MSW) office of volunteers. Whether you are interested in learning about healthcare, education, or would like to assist CAMS during an event, please contact our Simulation Education Director via email.
