Partners

The CEYE collaborates with various departments within the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and the entire Mount Sinai Health System. Activities range from direct faculty mentorship, leading didactic lectures, laboratory visits, poster presentations, and much more. These partnerships enable further program innovation and expansion of immersive learning opportunities for CEYE students.

In addition to institutional support CEYE programming is supported by the New York State Education Department Science and Technology Entry Program (STEP), a grant from the Pinkerton Foundation via the NYC Science Research Mentoring Consortium, and generous contributions from Serve and Rally (in honor of Dr. Lloyd R. Sherman) and the family of Roy N. Barnett.

Our formal school partners are Patrick Henry PS 171, Isaac Newton Middle School, High School for Math Science and Engineering (HSMSE), Manhattan Center for Science and Mathematics (MCSM), and an additional newly added collaborator is University Heights High School.
