New York City can be a difficult place to find affordable housing, so our Postdoc Housing Committee meets quarterly with the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS) Real Estate Department to discuss any issues related to postdoc housing. We have a number of housing resources available for you and we encourage you to bring your concerns to the committee, which is made up of faculty and Postdoctoral Fellows.
Incoming Postdoctoral Fellows are eligible to apply for ISMMS housing. All of our accommodations are located within easy walking distance of Mount Sinai Hospital, where there is a wide range of amenities such as restaurants, Central Park, public transportation, and cultural institutions in the surrounding New York City neighborhoods.
