The Precision Immunology Institute at the Icahn School of Medicine (PrIISM) integrates disease-focused immunological research programs across several research labs and two technology centers, the Human Immune Monitoring Center and the Microbiome Translational Center. Under the leadership of Miriam Merad, MD, PhD, PrIISM is advancing basic and clinical immunology research that will lead to new immune diagnostics and therapeutics, and uncover the genetic and environmental triggers of immune and inflammatory diseases.
