DOM Appointments, Promotions and Tenure Committee Members
The DOM-APT Committee is composed of diverse senior faculty from multiple sites within the Mount Sinai Health System and chaired by the Vice Chair of Faculty Affairs. It meets monthly, reviews all documents for appointments and promotions for senior faculty. (Associate Professor and Professor)

All members of the committee advise faculty and are available to discuss questions related to appointments and promotions process.

The Department of Medicine has hosted multiple CV workshops across the health system. These workshops have included members of the A & P committee, the Mentoring Director, and Vice Chairs of the department. After a brief presentation about the promotions process, small group breakout sessions allow junior faculty to receive individualized real-time feedback from senior faculty about their CVs.
