The Office of Faculty Development (OFD) is committed to increasing the transparency of the appointments, promotion, and tenure process and supporting faculty as you prepare to rise in rank. We encourage you to continuously reflect on your next steps toward promotion at every stage in your career. We host a series of events and workshops to help you find community and actively participate in career advancement opportunities. We create career advancement guides to clarify questions about the appointments, promotions, and tenure process specific to Icahn Mount Sinai.
