Faculty at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai hold leadership roles both internally and externally. For this reason, we feel it is imperative that we provide our faculty with the tools to lead with confidence, compassion, authenticity, and courage. The Office of Faculty Development and the Office of Well-being and Resilience recognize that all faculty are leaders of administrative, clinical, and/or research teams. Our approach to leadership training seeks to equip faculty with the skills to foster positive, safe, equitable, and collaborative work environments and relationships.
